BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All website bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent by return email or phone.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation or site fee is required to confirm a booking.
Other monies received are refundable in the event of advised cancellation at least one week prior to arrival.
No cash refunds.
Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, guests liable for total accommodation amount. This charge also applies to reducing the number of nights booked upon arrival.
There is an extra charge of $50 for one night stays in accommodation when concerts are held in Kuranda

PET POLICY
We welcome all friendly pups to our park.
All dogs must be kept on a lead and mess picked up.
No pets allowed in accommodation, but you are allowed a dog etc if you are traveling with your own caravan, campervan, motorhome - but must advise Management upon booking. All dogs must be kept on a lead and mess picked up.
